Life happens. We get that. Reservations are fully refundable if cancelled ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL BY 4 PM LOCAL HOTEL TIME.  Cancellations received AFTER 4pm the day of arrival will not be refunded or credited, and will be charged one night room and tax. To cancel a reservation, please call us at 707-459-9063. 

Holidays and Special Events are subject to different cancellation policies. 

Guaranteed Best Rates are booked on our website. Rates are subject to taxes and changes. 

Breathe easy. The Inn at Baechtel Creek is a 100% Non-Smoking property, all rooms, corridors and outside areas of the Hotel are Smoke Free. We offer a covered Gazebo with chairs for those that choose to smoke. Any smoking in any area except the designated smoking area will result in a disappointed look and a $250 per day fee. You will be asked to read and initial this policy at check in. 

A Valid Credit Card is required to make a reservation. Your Reservation will be charged the day of arrival and requires a VALID PHOTO ID at check in.  If your Credit Card declines we will reach out via phone or email to request another Credit Card. If we cannot contact you, your reservation will be cancelled.

Children under 13 Stay Free in one of our Traditional QQ Rooms. Children over 13 will be charged as an adult. Please reserve the correct number of people allowed in each room type. 

Our hotel is compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). We offer an accessible room within the hotel and it can be booked directly at the hotel or online.

We offer Free Parking

Pool & Hot Tub are open seasonally and are for registered guests only. Children under 16 Must be accompanied by an adult. 

Our guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at our Hotel. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.

Room Cleaning - we offer daily housekeeping services or if you so choose you may use your Do No Disturb sign. Every 3rd day we do require room check for your safety and security and removal of garbage.

Pet Policy - Are we pet friendly? Yes, we have DESIGNATED PET FRIENDLY ROOMS for those traveling with their dogs. A maximum of two pets are allowed per room, $25 per pet fee per night will be charged. There is a gated, fenced pet area directly next to your DESIGNATED PET FRIENDLY ROOM where your pet can do their business and run around. No pets are allowed in lobby or pool area and pets (unfortunately not everyone is pet friendly!) cannot be left unattended in rooms at any time. 

The Inn at Baechtel Creek assumes no responsibility for the loss of valuables left in a room or vehicle. 

Damages- We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of "you break it, you buy it" and property damages, missing or ruined items will be charged to your credit card at market value. 

Sing your heart our and have passionate conversation all day long, but from 11 PM to 7 am the whole property goes into hush mode for what we like to call quiet time (or sleep time)!
